Starting with just a few simple ingredients, we will learn how to shape the dough and create one of the many traditional pasta forms: tagliatelle, tagliolini, cavatelli or ravioli. We will pair the pasta with a seasonal sauce and complete the experience by preparing a traditional Venetian dessert to enjoy together.
