This experience focuses on one of the most iconic dishes of Venetian cuisine: risotto mantecato. During the class, we will prepare a traditional risotto inspired by the season—ranging from fresh lagoon fish to Treviso radicchio or vegetables from local gardens.

We will explore the fundamental techniques: selecting the right stock, toasting the rice, cooking times and the final mantecatura, to achieve a perfectly creamy and balanced risotto.

The experience concludes with the preparation of a traditional dessert, shared together at the end of the class.
